This company has been in operation for more than fifty years, headed by industry veterans Mike Hundert and Donna Gindy, with Blake Kuwahara as their company’s Creative Director. Blake is a renowned designer who has applied his creativity to Jones New York Eyewear, one of other brands designed and marketed by REM Eyewear. Additionally, REM Eyewear prides itself in producing quality products with superior service, and is also active in outreach community services. This comes in the form of involvement in programs such as Tree People, Reading by 9 and Operation Christmas Child.

The Lauren Hutton line of eyeglasses is designed to cater to the younger urban sophisticated woman who looks for chic, modern eyewear styles at affordable prices. The first set of Lauren Hutton eyeglasses that were produced comprised of three titanium frames in pale blue, wheat, and sienna with temples that were lined with Austrian Swarovski crystals.
